The Hidden Reason You Feel Stuck in Life
Humans weren’t designed to sit and stare at a screen for nine hours a day.
Imagine 12 people stranded on an island. They still have their phones, but there’s no service, no way to leave, and no contact with the outside world. At first, they’d keep their phones close, checking them out of habit. But soon, reality would set in. Their phones are useless here.
So, they’d do what humans are wired to do—they’d start building.
They’d create shelter, find ways to gather food, and organize their surroundings. At first, it would be about survival. But once their basic needs were met, something else would happen. They’d begin creating not just to survive, but because it’s in their nature.
One of them might start carving tools to make their work easier. Another might stack stones to build something more durable. Someone else might start drawing patterns in the sand, decorating, personalizing—creating just because they can.

Survival To Creative Process
This is what people forget in the modern world. We’ve evolved past just survival. But at our core, we are still creators.
Yet, many people today have fallen into a trap—the trap of consuming instead of creating.
I used to be one of them.
I wanted to be part of the creator economy, but it always looked saturated. It felt weird. Influencers clogged my feed, and yeah, I spent way too much time doom-scrolling. I used to think social media was just a place for people to show off. I thought it was a phase, that it would eventually disappear.
I was wrong.
I didn’t have the mindset I have today. Now, I see things differently. But that’s a topic for another video. Here's how I look at it.
Creation starts with one idea.
A car isn’t built by one person. It’s a collaboration—just like any great idea. Engineers, designers, and builders all worked together—sometimes clashing—to bring the idea to life.

Collaborative Creation Process
Your mind is constantly seeking to create, even if you don’t realize it. My wife, for example, envisions a specific design for our house, and she stops at nothing to make it happen. She explores every option, no matter how expensive or complicated, because her mind needs to see her idea come to life.
This is the power of a harmonized mind. When your thoughts align with your creative drive, you experience fulfillment.
It’s the deep satisfaction that comes from bringing ideas to life and engaging in meaningful creation.

The Harmonized Mind
You’re not sitting on a gold mine—you are the gold mine.
Everything we have today—every tool, every innovation—was made to help us work with our minds, not against them.
Ideas don’t exist in isolation. They grow, they evolve, they build on each other. Your mind is like a vast canvas as big as the universe. But when you keep your ideas locked inside, they stay isolated. Your mind needs to bring those ideas into the real world.

You don’t need a life overhaul—you just need to start shifting from consumption to creation.
It’s about moving from passive consumption to active engagement with life.
Here’s how:
Limit Mindless Consumption – The easiest way to create more is to consume less. Set limits on scrolling, watching, and passive entertainment.
Start Small – You don’t need to build something groundbreaking overnight. Write one idea down, record one short video, sketch one design—just start.
Build Daily – Creativity is like a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it gets. Set a small goal every day and stay consistent.
Create Before You Consume – In the morning, before you reach for your phone, do something creative first—write, brainstorm, or work on a personal project.
This can also be with too much consumption of an idea but never executing. If you are collecting a knowledge base of whatever you are trying to learn but never execute on the teachings thats an over consumption. Leading you down the tutorial hell, where your stuck in a loop learning but not doing.
The only thing school thought us was to learn something and then execute it. We studied what we learned and had to use it during a test.
Study different ideas and then go and try to do them.
Creation is about making something real, whether it’s an idea, a skill, a physical object, or an experience. It’s about moving from passive consumption to active engagement with life.
Passive consumption keeps you stuck in life while active engagement moves you forward. I talk about this in my other videos but the meaning of life is to be fully engaged with every aspect of every timeline in your life.
Now creating doesn’t have to mean posting on social media or making content for an audience.
Tangible Creations
Writing – Not for an audience, just for yourself. Journals, poetry, short stories.
Drawing/Painting – Even if you’re not an artist, sketching, doodling, or painting can be an outlet for creativity.
Woodworking/Building – Craft furniture, carve something, or even build small DIY projects around the house.
Gardening – Creating and shaping life through plants is one of the most grounding forms of creativity.
Cooking/Baking – Experiment with flavors, try new recipes, or create your own signature dish.
Music/Instrument Playing – Learn a new instrument or just mess around and create sounds that feel good.
Fashion/Clothing – Design outfits, sew, or upcycle old clothes into something new.
Conceptual & Mental Creations
Ideas & Problem-Solving – Creating solutions to challenges in your life, work, or relationships.
Inventing – Thinking of new ways to do things, DIY hacks, or making everyday life more efficient.
Business or Product Design – Not for social media, but for the sake of building something useful.
Building & Physical Work
Renovating Spaces – Organizing, redecorating, or improving your environment.
Restoring Old Things – Bringing old furniture, cars, or other items back to life.
Working with Your Hands – Pottery, sculpture, metalwork, or any hands-on craft.
Hosting Events/Gatherings – Bringing people together to create memories and experiences.
Teaching/Mentoring – Sharing knowledge with someone in your community.
Building Relationships – Being intentional about creating deeper friendships and connections.
These are all things you can do to start putting your ideas to work, to figure out what your good at, what hobbies you like and don't like.
I thought I liked reading books as a hobby, turns out I like to read passages from books but not the entire book. A few I've read fully but not all of them and only a certain category of books.
Trying your hobbies makes you realize what you do or don't like. You may like the idea of a certain hobby but it might not work out for you as you planned but you'll never know until you try it.
You have to do something that engages your mind and body.
Now this isn't going to be easy but that's key I guess you could say. The mind knows it wont be easy, just like it knew it wasn't going to be easy when you took your first steps but it knew it was necessary. Just like you know it's necessary to work out, take walks, and be active, but we are constantly distracted. Which I'll talk about in a future video/letter but for now go create the things you want to see in the world. We need it.
Check out my other videos, read my content, listen to my voice—and then, go create.
Hope you got some value today. See you in the next one.
